Summary:

Homeowners may access their statement information by following a link from your website. This will provide real time access to invoices and payments. See the sample link below.

Sample Inquiry:

1. Follow Link to : https://t1.mpsolutionsinc.com/vms/ONLINE/account_inquiry
2. Enter Username (include dashes) : ONL-SAM-00203-5
3. Enter Password : MYPASSWORD
4. Click Submit

Implementation:

If you would like to implement this service, we will assign unique passwords to each homeowner account (you may maintain passwords from the owner maintenance screen). Statements have been modified to include passwords below the account number. In addition, you will need to complete each of the following steps:

1. Modify your website include a URL to the homeowner login screen (we will provide the URL).
2. If you would like a logo to appear on the login screen, send it to us.
3. If you would like the web pages to redirect users back to your website on exit, send the link to us.
4. Determine homeowners notification process. A notice can be mailed by your office or included in the next statement cycle.
